• B-seat: ￥58,000
• C-seat: ￥45,000

If you would like to reserve a seat without a confirmed participant name, please enter a temporary name, e.g. ‘person one’, in the name field when making a reservation.

• Once the form has been submitted, it is not possible to make any modifications. Please carefully review each item and make sure all information is correct before submitting your application.
• Seat Registration deadline: Friday 11 September 2026 at 12PM.
  After this date, additional fees may incur.
• Modifications in reservations after Thursday 15 October 12PM, will cost 5,000JPY (tax incl.) per request.
